True Rent Property Management was founded by our Broker/Owner, Aaron Truitt. TRPM was started under the banner of a leading national property management franchise in 2017 and rebranded in 2023 as an independent local company, True Rent Property Management. Our philosophy is simple. We strive to provide the highest level of value and quality, effectively marketing, leasing, maintaining, and professionally managing residential properties throughout the East Bay Area. We feel that happy tenants are an extremely important piece of effectively managing properties. Happy tenants stay longer, pay timely, and maintain homes resulting in a better bottom line for investment property owners.
True Rent Property Management is a licensed Broker with the CA Department of Real Estate but does not do home sales. Property Management is becoming more and more of a specialized craft that should be given full-time attention. We lease and manage single-family homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes, and small multi-family complexes throughout the area. We have office locations in both Antioch and Livermore, California to better serve our clients.
